My senior year of high school, the Chuck Norris phenomenon took over! Every week in our high school paper there was a new Chuck Norris quote or joke or reference.
Who could ever forget the Saturday morning re runs of Walker Texas Ranger?

Leave it to Chuck Norris and Haley Joel Osmont to throw something like that at ya' out of the blue. Too bad Haley Joel Osmont isn't a ginger, he was pretty much the cutest kid actor out there other than Jonathan Lipnicki. Unfortunately both of them have grown up to be drastically less attractive than their cute kid in hollywood days.
I saw Chuck Norris one year in Medford in their 4th of July parade. At the time I didn't really know who he was, so I was just excited that someone with red hair was famous. Little did I know he would be a phenomenon for my friends and me in high school.
I don't think we'll ever forget the Chuck Norris fad.
So congrats famous ginger number two.
